I've discovered that my involvement early in the product development process, particularly during the prototyping phase, is crucial for success. The diagram illustrates the journey from idea to Minimum Viable Product (MVP). The first question that usually follows an innovative idea is "Can we make this work?", and I thrive on exploring its feasibility. After confirming its potential, I focus on transforming the functional prototype into a scalable and reliable MVP. This process involves extensive experimentation, learning, and refinement. While there's still much to be done before product launch, the next critical step is documenting and ensuring a clear understanding of the architecture, measuring work quality, and maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
